Product Info: Captain America (also known as The First Avenger) is the inspiration for a new premium Disney Store action figure. The Marvel Ultimate Series: Captain America Premium Action Figure from the Disney Store, is an 11½ inch action figure of Captain America in his iconic Red, White, and Blue uniform. The character Captain America first appeared in Captain America Comics #1 in 1941. This first Captain America comic was published by Timely Comics, which was owned by (and eventually folded into the now famous) Marvel Comics. Captain America was created and designed as an American, patriotic supersoldier who frequently fought against the World War II-era Axis powers. Since his creation, Captain America has typically been depicted in a costume that bears an American flag motif and is armed with a nearly indestructible vibranium steel shield that he uses for both offensive and defensive maneuvers.

The Marvel Ultimate Series: Captain America Premium Action Figure is highly detailed and features a fabric costume that recreates Captain America’s iconic red, white, and blue uniform. The figure also has a removable belt, and plastic hands, feet, and head. This Captain America figure comes with Captain America’s signature vibranium steel shield and two sets of interchangeable hands. One set of hands features an open handed design and the other set features closed fists. From the head to the feet, the Marvel Ultimate Series: Captain America figure has over 30 points of articulation.
